WagNote is made by Eadrom Labs LLC. If something is wrong, confusing, or not working the way you expect, email us and a person will read it.
Tell us what phone you have and what you were doing when it happened, and we can get to the answer faster. Inside the app you can also tap Settings → Report a problem and attach a screenshot.
If your pet seems unwell, don't wait for us — call your vet or an emergency clinic.
Common questions
Who bills me for WagNote?
Apple or Google, not us. Subscriptions are bought and billed through the App Store or Google Play, so the charge on your statement comes from them, and they hold your card details. We never see them.
How do I cancel?
Cancel in the store you paid. iPhone: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → WagNote → Cancel Subscription. Android: open the Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → WagNote → Cancel subscription.
Deleting the app, or your WagNote account, does not cancel a subscription. After you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the time you've paid for. To avoid being charged when a free trial ends, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds come from the store you paid. iPhone: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose "I'd like to", then "Request a refund", and pick WagNote. Apple decides, and we can't issue Apple refunds. Android: within 48 hours of a charge, you can ask Google Play (Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → the order → Report a problem). After 48 hours, email us — we can refund Google Play purchases, and we'll look at every request.
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get 7 days free. Apple or Google decides who is eligible — usually people who haven't had a WagNote subscription before. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your plan starts and you're charged.
If you don't subscribe, or your plan ends, nothing is deleted. You can still open WagNote, read your records and make a medical summary. Reminders, adding new information, Scout and sharing pause until you subscribe.
How do I invite my family?
Inviting people is part of the Family and Large plans. On the home screen, tap Account → Invite someone. A code appears with Copy and Send — send it however you like. The other person installs WagNote, signs in with their own email, taps Account → Someone invite you?, enters the code and taps Join. People you invite are covered by your plan.
A code lasts 3 days. If it runs out, make a new one.
My sign-in code didn't arrive
Codes come from noreply@wagnote.app and usually arrive within a minute. Check your spam or junk folder, and Promotions if you use Gmail. Make sure the email address is spelled right. After a short wait you can tap Send a new code — always use the newest code, because codes expire.
If you first signed in with Apple, use Sign in with Apple again. Still nothing? Email us and tell us the address you used.
My reminders aren't coming through
Check these in order:
- In WagNote, Settings → Reminders is on. If you see "Your phone is blocking reminders" or "This phone isn't set up for reminders yet", tap it and follow the steps.
- Your phone allows notifications from WagNote, and Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't hiding them.
- The reminder or medicine is set up and switched on, on the pet's Reminders or Medicines page.
- Your plan is active. Reminders pause when a trial or plan ends.
- Your phone has an internet connection. Reminders are sent from our server, so a phone that's offline gets them late.

Is WagNote on Android?
WagNote is on iPhone first. The Android version is on its way, and a Google Play button will appear on this site when it's out. Your pets and records belong to your WagNote account, not your phone, so they'll be there when you sign in on Android with the same email address.

Scout gave me an odd answer
Scout is an AI assistant. It gives general information, it can be wrong, and it is not a vet and can't examine your pet. If an answer looks wrong or worrying, don't act on it — check with your vet. Then tell us with Settings → Report a problem and a screenshot of the answer, so we can fix it.
How do I get a copy of my information?
For each pet, open the pet, then Medical summary. Choose All as the time window to make a vet-ready PDF of the pet's history. Your uploaded documents stay in Records & paperwork, where you can open each one.
For a full copy of everything we hold about you, email us from the address on your account and we'll send it within 30 days.
How do I delete my account?
On the home screen, tap Account → Delete my account and follow the steps. It's permanent, so make a medical summary of anything you want to keep first. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription — cancel that in the App Store or Google Play too. Full details.
Do storm alerts work in Canada?
Not yet. Storm forecasts need a 5-digit US ZIP code. Fireworks nights you add yourself, and everything else in WagNote, work in both the US and Canada.
