Delete your WagNote account

WagNote is made by Eadrom Labs LLC, PO Box 1051, White House, TN 37188, United States.

You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, inside the app. If you cannot get to the app, you can ask us by email instead.

Delete it in the app

1. Open WagNote and sign in.
2. On the home screen, tap Account.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Read the steps. If you are the owner of a family, you will be asked who takes it over, and if your pets have nobody else you will be told so.
5. At Last check, tap Delete my account to confirm.

Deletion is permanent — export anything you want to keep first.

Delete some data, keep your account

You can delete individual things without deleting your account. Each one is permanent.

• A medicine. Open the pet → Medicines → the medicine → under Manage, tap Delete.
• A reminder. Open the pet → Reminders → the reminder → Remove.
• A record or an uploaded document. Open the pet → Records & paperwork → the record → Delete record.
• A lab test. Open the pet → Lab work & tests → the test → Delete this test. The filed document stays in Records; delete it there too if you want it gone.
• A diagnosed condition. Open the pet → Diagnosed conditions → Delete beside the condition.
• A daily log entry. Open the pet → Health tracking → the value you logged → the entry → Delete this reading.
• A fireworks night. Open the pet → Storms & fireworks → tap ✕ beside the night. Turning Storms or Fireworks off does not delete anything — your setup is kept.
• A vet or emergency contact. On the home screen, tap All contacts › → the contact → Delete contact.
• Sitter feeding notes and meals. Open the pet → Sitter info → tap ✕ beside a meal, or clear the box → Save.
• A pet’s breed, weight or birthday. Open the pet → Edit → clear the box → Save.
• Your own name, phone or address. On the home screen, tap Account → clear the boxes → Save.
• The sample pet. On the home screen, tap Settings → under Demo pet, tap Remove.

A pet and everything recorded for it takes a few steps, because there are two different things you might mean:

1. Open the pet and tap Edit.
2. Tap Remove followed by the pet’s name.
3. Choose Archive to keep every record but take the pet off your list, or Delete to remove the pet and everything recorded for it.
4. If you chose to delete, confirm with Delete forever.

Two things cannot be deleted on their own in the app: a pet’s photo, which can be replaced but not removed, and a pet’s name or species, which go only when the pet does. Email wagnoteapp@gmail.com and we will delete either for you.

Ask us by email instead

Email wagnoteapp@gmail.com from the address on your WagNote account and ask us to delete it. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will not charge you for it.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we delete your information and your uploads from our systems. That is everything you entered about your pets — names, species, breed, age, weight, medications and schedules, conditions, daily logs, symptoms, seizure and breathing records, feeding information, reminders and notes — along with your account details, your veterinary and emergency contacts, and the photographs, PDFs and video clips you uploaded.

What is kept, and for how long

Copies may persist briefly in routine backups before those expire, and we keep the limited records we are required to keep by law — for example, records of a transaction.

A subscription is separate. Subscriptions are cancelled through your Apple or Google account, not through us, so cancel there as well if you have one.
